Hello! I’m Daniel Grzenda, a third-year National Science Foundation CSGrad4US Fellow and PhD candidate in the Computer Science Department at the University of Chicago. I’m a member of Globus Labs, working under the guidance of Ian Foster and Kyle Chard. My research is focused on spatio-temporal models for scientific applications and improving the way AI makes use of relational and time-based inductive biases. My other interests in computing span high-performance MLOps, distributed computing, and representation learning.
